 Rural Health Clinic 101 Training

 

The target audience for the Pre-Summit Training is Rural Health Clinic Providers, Office Managers, Administrators, Revenue Cycle Managers, and Clinic Managers.

Topics will include:
  • Introduction to Compliance,
  • Coding/Billing,
  • Reimbursement,
  • Scheduling & Provider Perspective (annual well visit, E/M codes, etc.)

 

Community Health Worker Training

In collaboration with CommHIT, the Health Council of Southeast Florida (HCSEF), Lake Okeechobee Rural Health Network (LORHN), the Florida Community Health Worker Coalition (FCHWC), and Byte Back, we are pleased to present the Community Health Worker Pre-Summit Training. This program is tailored for Community Health Workers residing or working in rural areas.


Objective: The training aims to equip current and potential Community Health Workers with essential skills and credentials while emphasizing digital literacy and security practices crucial for professionals operating in rural communities.

Who Can Attend: Participation is open to a limited number of individuals

Benefits:

  • Training and credentials
  • Focus on digital literacy and security practices
  • One-year membership to the Florida Rural Health Association
  • 20% registration discount for the FRHA summit starting on Tuesday, April 16

Registration: Interested individuals are requested to complete the qualification form. Eligible attendees will be contacted by FRHA to confirm their participation. Please note that enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.

FRHA Summit includes:

Summit Registration fee includes:

All educational sessions on April 16th-17th, continuing education credit, meal functions (breakfast, lunch and snack), and professional networking with exhibitors and colleagues. 

Continuing Education Units:
Suwannee River Area Health Education Center, Inc. is a Florida Board of Nursing, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling approved provider of continuing education. CE Broker Provider ID #50-1922. This program meets the requirements for up to 7.5 contact hours.

Refunds will not be granted after April 9th, 2024 at 5pm. Participant substitutions can be made by emailing [email protected].
