FRHA SUMMIT POSTPONED

March 11, 2020-- After consideration and examination of the recent health risks posed by the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Florida Rural Health Association (FRHA) and its board of directors have decided to postpone FRHA’s Annual Education Summit, scheduled for March 30th and 31st in Gainesville, Florida to a later date.

We did not make this decision lightly and recognize the importance of the health and safety of our members, staff, vendors, partners, and all frontline providers who provide health care in our communities is a top priority, and thus we have taken this proactive step.

At this time, we are considering holding FRHA’s annual summit in the of month of August, in Gainesville Florida. We are working with the hotel to secure the dates. Once we have confirmed dates we will inform everyone. For the time being, we will hold current registrations and apply them to the later date. If you would like a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 72 hours.

It is in that spirit we wish everyone well going forward as we do our part in addressing the country’s and local community’s major public health concern and crisis.

We invite you to join FRHA in Gainesville, FL for the 26th Annual Rural Health Educational Summit, an opportunity to keep alive rural health voices in Florida.
